All standard delivery times can be found on this page. The available shipping methods, cost, and current delivery time of your order will be shown at the checkout.
LOCATE YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation of shipment with a tracking link. You can also track this in ‘Orders’ after logging in to My Account.
DELIVERY METHODS
You can choose between Standard Home Delivery and Express Home Delivery.
Delivery times will differ depending on your location. When you checkout, you will be given a more exact time frame but below are our estimated delivery times to give you an idea.
Standard Home Delivery ($7.95 AUD / Free over $125 AUD):
We will deliver your purchase within approx. 1-10 working days depending on your location, after receiving your order confirmation.
Express Home Delivery ($12.95 AUD, 1-4 days):
We will deliver your purchase within 1-4 working days depending on your location, after receiving your order confirmation.
Please note that during busy sale periods, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, express services may not be available and delivery times can take longer than usual.
ORDERING FROM ABROAD
To order while abroad, visit the COS website of the country you are in and provide a local delivery address at checkout.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Items ordered in Australia can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Australia.
